Bio

Cindy Lentol has been acting professionally for over 20 years.  She has appeared in dozens of films, TV shows, commercials, industrial videos, and print campaigns. She has been seen and heard on national television and radio commercials.

She has had some great successes in her acting career.  Recently cast in ABC’s “Body of Proof” with Dana Delaney and Jeri Ryan, which slated to air in late October 2010. Also due out in October is “The Company Men” directed by John Wells and starring Tommy Lee Jones, Kevin Costner and Ben Affleck. In this film, Lentol was cast as Dana and throws quite a dinner party. She also appeared in “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” a production of New Line Cinemas, which is a romantic comedy directed by Mark Waters and starring Matthew McConaughey as a fun-loving bachelor and celebrity photographer named Connor Mead. Lentol plays Amy, the stewardess who reminisces about their good times together.

She was in the “Game Plan,” “The Departed,” “Mona Lisa Smile” and played Sheryl, in "Prozac Nation" with Christina Ricci and Anne Heche.  In addition, she starred in several brilliant short films that continue to win awards at national and international festivals. “Well-Founded Concerns,” which recently won Best Short Film at the Rome International, ShockerFest, the Sci-Fi London and the Chlotrudis film festivals.  As well as  “Mind the Gap,” which won Audience Favorite at Chlotrudis and Best Picture at Redstone West in LA, and “Contrition” which opened the festival at Woods Hole Film Fest, Cape Cod, MA.

Her television shows have showcased her range also, as she was cast in the pilot “Bunker Hill” with Brian Dennehy and Donnie Wahlberg for TNT. She guest starred on NBC's "Providence" with Melina Kanakaredes and had a role in the CBS pilot “Waterfront” where she played an investigative TV reporter alongside veteran actor, Joey Pantoliano.

Lentol has done extensive work in television commercials from working with Chris Berman of ESPN promoting Applebee’s to donuts, cars, tennis shoes, state lotteries, restaurants to Ocean Spray cranberry juice. She has also appeared in numerous industrial films and videos for such companies as General Electric, TD Ameritrade, Explorer Vans, and Capitas Financial as well as many print advertisements.  She also has an extensive list of voice-over work to her credit, doing narration, character voices and national ad campaigns.
